Level 3 Construction was recently awarded the contract to renovate the Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach guestrooms and public space.  Located on the historic Mariner’s Mile, just steps away from the beautiful Newport Beach Harbor, the hotel will receive a refreshing new interior design and upgraded amenities for guests to enjoy.  An expanded fitness center and reconfiguration of the lobby, breakfast area and registration desk will create a refreshed modern space that caters to today’s traveler. The 87 guestrooms will be dressed with a complete new interior design that compliments the neighborhood’s bay front relaxed setting.
