Level 3 Construction has been awarded the Four Points South San Francisco guestroom renovation project.  The 100-guestroom hotel will receive completely new finishes and furnishings in each room along with upgrades to the public space restrooms and management offices.  Level 3 Construction will self-perform 100% of the scope and will complete the project in three months.
