Level 3 Construction was recently featured in The Coast News Group for its role in delivering La Costa Family Apartments, a new 19-unit affordable housing community in Carlsbad, California.
Developed by MirKa Investments, the project provides one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for households earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income. The community was completed two months ahead of schedule and helps address the growing demand for affordable housing throughout San Diego County.
La Costa Family Apartments is the second affordable housing development completed by Level 3 Construction for MirKa Investments within the past year, following the successful delivery of South River Village in Oceanside.
