Best Western Escondido Renovation Moves into Final Phases

Renovation progress continues at the Best Western Escondido Hotel, where our team has completed the fourth and third floors and is now advancing through guest room and corridor renovations on the second floor, including new carpet, paint, and updated finishes. We expect to complete the second floor next week before moving into the final phase of construction.

Executing renovations in an occupied hotel environment requires careful coordination and disciplined scheduling. Throughout the project, our crews have continued prioritizing cleanliness, controlled work zones, and close collaboration with hotel operations to help maintain a positive guest experience during active construction.

“This project continues to demonstrate the importance of planning, communication, and execution when renovating an occupied hospitality property,” said Ian Mahon, president and CEO of Level 3 Construction. “Our team has made excellent progress while maintaining the quality standards and operational coordination required in an active hotel environment.”

The Best Western Escondido renovation builds on our longstanding relationship with ownership following our previous renovation work at the property in 2017. We’re proud to continue helping position the hotel for long-term success in the competitive North County hospitality market.
