Bungalows 8 is a three-story, cottage-style multifamily development located in the heart of Carlsbad Village. Blending coastal charm with modern living, this Type 5 slab-on-grade project was completed in 12 months from demolition to move-in. Each of the eight townhomes offers approximately 2,100 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior space, featuring skylights, two-car garages with storage, and private patios.
