- Multifamily: Punta Lara – By The Bay – San Diego
A striking example of design-forward multifamily living, Punta Lara – By The Bay is a 24-unit apartment community in Point Loma that earned an architectural award nomination upon completion. This project exemplifies our ability to blend thoughtful design with superior construction in a vibrant San Diego neighborhood.
- Mixed-Use: SALT – Oceanside
SALT is a ground-up, mixed-use development in downtown Oceanside featuring four stories of residential units above inviting ground-floor retail. Level 3 Construction led Phase II of the project, which included preconstruction budgeting, design coordination, and multi-trade self-performance. Throughout this project, we demonstrated our ability to work across the public and private sectors to deliver a high-impact project to a downtown undergoing a significant revitalization.
- Affordable: South River Village – Oceanside
This 43-unit affordable housing community is exquisitely designed and expertly crafted to look and feel as refined as a market-rate apartment building. From a developer perspective, this project is unique in that it is the City of Oceanside’s first off-site affordable housing community, fulfilling the inclusionary housing requirements for North River Farms, a nearby market-rate development of 395 homes by Lennar.
- Hotel Construction: WoodSpring Suites Corona – Corona
The WoodSpring Suites Corona is a 122-room extended-stay hotel thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and efficiency. Strategically located off the I-15 freeway, the four-story WoodSpring Suites offers spacious guest suites with full kitchens and ample storage, alongside amenities including a welcoming lobby, fitness center, and laundry facility. Delivered on schedule and to exacting brand standards, this project reflects our team’s expertise in hospitality construction – and has already led to a second contact, this time in Santee, California.
- Hotel Renovation: Hotel Santa Barbara – Santa Barbara
We recently completed a phased renovation of the historic Hotel Santa Barbara, a landmark beloved by travelers from around the world. Building on our previous work at the property, we refreshed all 75 guest rooms. We also enhanced the lobby and reception areas, and built out a brand-new, all-day bar – all while preserving the hotel’s timeless character. Carefully staged to respect the guest experience, the renovation reflects our expertise in balancing historic preservation with contemporary hospitality standards.
