Level 3 Construction was recently awarded the contract to convert a portion of the Estancia La Jolla Resort & Spa into Blend, a casual breakfast and lunch spot.  As one of the top boutique hotels in San Diego, the AAA Four-Diamond hotel will now offer its guests a full service coffee bar experience adjacent to the registration desk.  An existing meeting room space will be transformed with new custom finishes and furnishings that will compliment the hotel’s existing hacienda style.  Blend will include indoor and outdoor seating, and offer beverages, food, wine by the glass and sundries.
