Level 3 Construction Hires Industry Veteran to Lead Pre-Construction Team
Level 3 Construction has hired industry veteran Nick Byrd as director of Pre-Construction. With more than two decades of commercial construction experience, he leads the company’s pre-construction services, helping clients make more informed decisions before construction begins.

Throughout his career, Nick has guided pre-construction efforts for a diverse range of commercial projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, tenant improvements, and ground-up developments. Most recently, he served with CM Corp., following six years at KZ Miller Construction, where he led estimating teams and managed the pre-construction process from initial budgeting through project handoff.
At Level 3 Construction, Nick partners with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams to align design, budget, and schedule throughout the pre-construction process. His leadership will help clients identify opportunities earlier, improve cost certainty, and create a smoother path from concept to completion.
