WoodSpring Suites – Santee
Situated along Mission Gorge Road, the WoodSpring Santee is a four-story, 47,598 square-foot hotel serving San Diego’s East County market. It features 122 efficiently designed guest rooms, each with an in-room kitchen, full-size refrigerator, wardrobe, and dedicated work area. The hotel also includes a welcoming lobby, fitness center, and on-site laundry to support extended-stay travelers. This $11-million extended-stay hotel project was the second we completed for Miami-based Gold Coast Premier Properties. It highlights our ability to deliver ground-up hotel projects in Southern California cost effectively while meeting brand standards and long-term guest needs
The Hotel Santa Barbara – Santa Barbara
The Hotel Santa Barbara is a 75-room boutique hotel. Over the years we’ve completed multiple renovations at the property, including a full refresh of all guest rooms, upgrades to the lobby and reception area, modernization of the commercial kitchen, and improvements to the main-level bathrooms, meeting space, and fitness facility.
During our most recent work at the hotel, we constructed an all-day lobby bar inspired by the Roaring Twenties. This enhancement to the property reinforces the hotel’s character while elevating the guest experience. Our ongoing partnership with the hotel and its operating company reflects our expertise in hotel renovation and restoration throughout Southern California, particularly for active, historically significant properties.
