The Flats – Oceanside
A ground-up Type V over 1 mixed-use community blending modern coastal living with neighborhood charm. The Flats features 18 boutique apartments with expansive windows, soaring ceilings, and private patios. This development also includes 2,800+ sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, creating a hub for local businesses in one of Oceanside’s most walkable areas.
SALT – Oceanside
SALT is a four-story residential development above inviting retail spaces in downtown Oceanside. We led Phase II of this project, including preconstruction budgeting, design coordination, and multi-trade self-performance.
