Level 3 Construction Returns to the Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge for New Renovation Project
Pacific Hotel Management, LLC has selected Level 3 Construction for another self-performing renovation project at the Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge in Emeryville, California. This highly visible renovation project has an aggressive schedule and involves the hotel’s public spaces and guest corridors. Upon completion, these areas will have new wall coverings, carpet, decorative lighting, paint, and vintage-modern furnishings and décor. We expect to wrap up this project in just three weeks.
Over the years, Pacific Hotel Management has hired us for numerous renovations at its properties. Our previous work at the Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge included renovation of its 100 guest rooms. We also upgraded the hotel’s public-space restrooms and management offices. In addition to this Sheraton-branded property, we have completed extensive renovation work at the Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel.
