Located in the wine country amongst a variety of other surrounding activities, Level 3 Construction fortunately contributed to the completion of the Embassy Suites in Temecula. The Embassy Suites- Temecula project consisted of 176 guestroom renovations split into eight phases. Each phase involved 18-23 guestrooms. The work fulfilled involved ADA conversions, new vinyl, paint, tile, plumbing fixtures, and FF&E installation. Level 3 Construction was able to sufficiently self-perform most of the work yet was able to use its resources to properly receive upgrades suitable for hearing impaired with the installation of a new fire alarm system. This was one of the many examples of Level 3 Construction’s commitment to provide exceptional, personalized service to its clients.
