The WoodSpring Suites Santee – San Diego Northeast is a new four-story hotel located at 8801 Mission Gorge Road. Level 3 Construction served as the general contractor for this ground-up project, partnering with Miami-based Gold Coast Premier Properties to deliver a 47,598-square-foot extended-stay hotel with 122 efficiently designed guest suites. Each suite includes an in-room kitchen, full-size refrigerator, wardrobe, and work area. The lobby offers a comfortable place for guests to relax, while the property’s fitness center and laundry room add convenience.
An experienced builder with expertise in hospitality construction and renovation, Level 3 Construction led the full lifecycle of this year-long project — from site development and structural work through building envelope, interior buildout, and final commissioning. Our team’s coordination with the owner, architect, and trade partners kept the project on schedule while meeting brand standards and quality.
The WoodSpring Suites Santee enhances the hospitality offerings in San Diego’s East County, providing convenient accommodations for business travelers, relocating families, and extended-stay guests. This $11 million project is the second WoodSpring Suites we have completed for Gold Coast Premier Properties, underscoring our reliability and expertise in cost-efficient ground-up construction for hospitality clients.
