Level 3 Construction completed the build out of Nativa Interiors’ 5,000-square-foot luxury showroom and design center in Newport Beach, delivering the tenant improvement project on an accelerated schedule to support a holiday opening. The project marks Nativa’s first location outside of San Diego and reflects Level 3 Construction’s ability to manage time-sensitive, design-driven environments.
The finished showroom features a series of residential-style vignettes complemented by sculptural architectural elements, integrated lighting, upgraded mechanical systems, and custom millwork. A neutral palette, layered textures, and a rift-sawn white oak coffered ceiling create a refined, cohesive space that balances contemporary design with timeless elegance while showcasing Nativa Interiors’ craftsmanship and interior design services.
