Level 3 Construction was recently awarded the contract for guestroom renovations at the Embassy Suites Brea – North Orange County managed by Windsor Capital Group.  This all-suites hotel boasts a gorgeous 7-story atrium and offers plenty of amenities.  Project plans call for all 228 suites to be modernized with new furnishings, carpet, tile, paint and light fixtures.  Improvements to guest bathrooms include custom millwork at vanity and backlit mirrors that pairs with the living spaces modern look and feel.  Future guests should expect a fresh new design with a focus on local artisans and decor.  Ownership plans to renovate the Atrium, lobby and public space by end of Q1 2017.
