Meetings held with the La Quinta Corporate team in Irving, Texas lead to Level 3 Construction being selected as a preferred LQ Management general contractor in California.  The first projects awarded were two negotiated contracts for properties in Rancho Cordova and South San Francisco with a scope of work that completely transformed the interior and exterior of the building to meet La Quinta’s refreshed brand standards.   The new modernized guestrooms and public space offers an enhanced guest experience and stylish façade raises the bar amongst local hotels.
