Level 3 Construction Completes Elegant Transformation of the Hotel Santa Barbara

Level 3 Construction is proud to announce the completion of our latest interior renovation at the Hotel Santa Barbara, a cherished historic landmark on State Street. Partnering once again with Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC and Geronimo Hospitality Group, we’ve delivered a sophisticated facelift that honors the hotel’s legacy while enhancing the guest experience.

Project Highlights

  • Full-scale interior renovation of all 75 guest rooms and suites, blending warmth and comfort with timeless design.
  • A completed redesigned and inviting main level, featuring rich wood flooring, contemporary furnishings, and elevated lighting schemes that enhance ambiance.
  • A modernized commercial kitchen that meets today’s hospitality standards while maintaining the hotel’s historic charm.
  • The introduction of 1926, an elegant new all-day lobby bar offering everything from morning coffee and pastries to craft cocktails and small plates well into the night.

Rooted in History, Designed for Today
Built in 1926, Hotel Santa Barbara has been a recognizable presence on State Street for nearly a century.

The recent renovation preserves its historic architecture while updating guest spaces with modern finishes and amenities, creating a property that is both classic and current. Geronimo Hospitality Group’s commitment to honoring the hotel’s history, alongside our own expertise in transforming hospitality spaces, created a seamless renovation journey from concept through completion.
