The building is largely complete, with our team focused on final interior touches and exterior site work to prepare the community for turnover. With steady progress across the site, we expect to complete the project in early Spring.

About the La Costa Family Apartments
The La Costa Family Apartments is a 19-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development located at the intersection of La Costa Avenue and Camino de las Coches in Carlsbad, California. Developed in partnership with MirKa Investments, LLC, the three-story community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental apartments, including three ADA-compliant units designed for accessibility.
The community will serve households earning 30%, 50%, 60%, and 80% of the area median income (AMI) or below, expanding access to high-quality affordable housing in North County.
