As the prime contractor Level 3 Construction provide extensive updates to each room that include carpet, wall vinyl, modern lighting, newly designed soffits at each entry door. Also, bath vanity, tub and shower upgrades with tile and fixtures. In addition most bathroom and wet bar plumbing valves and drains were upgrade to as new as possible conditions.

This 3 unit complex, seaside location had not seen a total property upgrade in many, many years. The lobby was the final phase of renovation with complete new Italian tile floor, public bathroom upgrades, ceiling Nora recessed LED lights, new check in front desk counter with custom beach theme, illuminated panel motif behind front desk, and upgraded fire alarm to concealed system.
