Best Western Escondido Renovation Completed on Schedule while Hotel Remained Open
Level 3 Construction has completed the renovation of all 100 guest rooms and interior corridors at the Best Western Escondido Hotel, successfully delivering the three-month project on schedule and within budget while allowing the hotel to remain fully operational throughout construction.
Completed as part of the property’s brand-required performance improvement plan (PIP), the renovation included refreshed guest rooms and corridors with new finishes, carpeting, wallcoverings, paint, drywall repairs, and owner-furnished furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Careful phasing and close coordination with hotel ownership and management minimized disruptions to guests while maintaining daily operations.
The project builds on a longstanding relationship with ownership, following Level 3 Construction’s renovation of the hotel’s public spaces in 2017. With nearly 100 hospitality renovation projects completed across California, Hawaii, and Arizona, the company continues to help hotel owners modernize their properties while keeping them open for business.
