The Goldfinch Hotel Transformation Takes Shape
Renovation work continues at The Goldfinch Hotel in San Diego as we advance the transformation of the former Four Points San Diego into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel. The multiphase project encompasses the 223-room property, including all guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, dining and event areas, and other guest amenities.
In the guest rooms, our crews are installing flooring and wall coverings while continuing bathroom renovations. Elsewhere throughout the hotel, our work is underway in the atrium, and the event space is substantially complete, with final furnishings still to come.
This project builds on our extensive experience completing hotel renovation projects throughout California. With the ability to self-perform multiple trades, we have greater control in the field, helping us manage quality, coordination, and schedule as work progresses across the property.
