Best Western Escondido Hotel – Escondido

We completed the renovation of all 100 guest rooms and interior corridors at the Best Western Escondido Hotel as part of the property’s ongoing performance improvement plan (PIP). Delivered on schedule and within budget, the three-month project was carefully phased to allow the hotel to remain operational and continue serving guests throughout construction — a critical priority for ownership.

Our scope included drywall repairs, fresh paint, upgraded finishes, new carpeting and wallcoverings, and installation of owner-furnished furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Every phase of the work was carefully coordinated with hotel management to minimize disruptions to daily operations while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

This project reflects our longstanding relationship with the hotel’s ownership. After completing a comprehensive renovation of the property’s public spaces in 2017, we were proud to return for another successful collaboration. Like nearly 100 hotel renovations we’ve completed throughout California, Hawaii, and Arizona, this project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex, occupied hospitality renovations through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and careful coordination.
