The Holiday Inn Express – Burlingame was completed this month. This is was extensive remodel of a 146 room property on the SF Bay. Level 3 Construction performed complete upgrades to an open 3 story lobby that included drop ceiling, new overhead recessed LED lighting, imported tile flooring, and glass handrails that made guest entrance pop upon arrival. In an addition a new fire alarm system was installed.

Other infrastructure upgrades consisted of public space bathrooms, fitness center, and restaurant received a fresh new look that emphasizes the unique location for San Francisco business and leisure travelers.
