Level 3 Construction will roll into the New Year with two more ground up construction projects in progress.   Our management team along with our network of subcontractors have worked closely with the developers to prepare the two for a successful kickoff.

SALT, just blocks from the Oceanside Pier,  will be the first of the two to start.  What was previously a parking lot will be converted into 52-unit, mid-rise, mixed-use development in the core of downtown Oceanside.

A few miles south next to Carlsbad Alkaline Water facility is the site where Level 3 Construction will start the second of the two, “Beach Village Life.”  This luxury spa resort and will include 18 suites for guests to experience the extended spa concept that stretches a minimum of 3 days.  In addition to the suites, 9 wellness lifestyle condominiums will allow occupants the ability to enjoy the spa treatments without leaving the building they call home.
